* Preparation of necessary documents (minutes of the meeting‚ presentations for partners/merchants/ bank‚ etc.)
* Documents package completion for approval as per internal procedures‚ reviewing documents
* Follow-up on appropriate and timely documents collection related to Program partners from regions (agreements‚ act signed‚ closing documents‚ etc.)
* Control the implementation of necessary changes in POS-material & upload materials to POS
* Market & brand analysis ( work with retail database‚ preparation of brand performance updates; for business presentations )
* Finance discipline ( cost estimates‚ invoices‚ budget tracking‚ work with finance databases)
* Be responsible for delivering on the reporting and analytical requirements for campaigns - ensuring an effective and robust sales and activity tracking process for all campaigns is implemented
* Develop meaningful analytics and trends so the Program Development Manager understands the stories behind the data so accurate resource and investment decisions can be made
* Participate in sales strategy development as well as sales budget together with the Program Development Manager
* Assist in Key account relationship with the Program partners (sales of promo campaigns‚ full daily support‚ reporting‚ stc.)
* Project leader for independent projects
Requirements:
* high education in marketing / economics / management / socioligy
* 2+ years of experience in administrative/ marketing work
* Strong communication skills
* PC advanced knowledge: MS Word‚ Excel and PowerPoint
* English upper-Intermediate
* good analitical skills ( accurate work with numbers‚ market trends understanding‚ making conclusions )
* responsible‚ accurate‚ attetive to detail
* time pressure‚ commitment to deadlines
